SHIPPING POLICY

We offer local delivery (weekdays only - no weekends or statutory holidays) and curbside pickup under the following conditions: 

 

Local delivery (spend $50.00 or more, pre-tax, and delivery is FREE)

 

We offer FREE same-day local delivery (see below for eligible postal codes) on all orders of at least $50.00 (pre-tax) on weekdays only. To be eligible for same-day delivery, the order must be made AT LEAST two hours prior to store closing hours to be delivered by 9:00 p.m. Any orders made LESS THAN two hours will be delivered the next working weekday (i.e. not on weekends or statutory holidays).

Addresses that start with the following three postal code digits are eligible for local delivery: M6S, M8X, M8Y, M8Z, M9A, M9B & M9C. Orders made for delivery to any other postal code will be cancelled unilaterally by Fetch Pet Boutique.

Local delivery (spend $49.99 or less, pre-tax, and delivery is $10.00) 

 

We offer $10.00 same-day local delivery (see below for eligible postal codes) on all orders of $49.99 or less (pre-tax) on weekdays only. To be eligible for same-day delivery, the order must be made AT LEAST two hours prior to store closing hours to be delivered by 9:00 p.m. Any orders made LESS THAN two hours will be delivered the next working weekday (i.e. not on weekends or statutory holidays).

Curbside pick-up

Curbside pick-up is available on all orders (no minimum) and will be available within two hours of placing the order.  Orders must be placed at least two hours price to closing time. If an order is placed less than two hours prior to closing time, it will be made available the next business day.
