RETURN POLICY

Frozen, special order, sale, clearance and seasonal items are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE. Please ensure you are choosing the correct frozen food before purchasing, as there are no exceptions to our policy.  

All other items may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused and tags are still on. Proof of purchase is required.
